Features

  • High-speed wavelength positioning (500nm/s) :10 times faster than conventional models.
    It can position to the wavelength in range of 700nm in just two seconds. In case of the spectrum measurement (for example, wavelength range 300nm - 900nm, with pitch 10nm) by using detector and amplifier, it can reduce data acquisition time by 50% of that of conventional models.
  • High durability of mechanism for wavelength repeatability under the repeated positioning:
    5 times longer lifetime of conventional models. (100,000 cycles under the repeated positioning)

The spectral response measurement of solar cell materials, semiconductors, detecters, fluorescent substances, and optical devices.

Outline

Xenon lamp monochromatic light source set consists of a 150W xenon lamp (ozone-less type), and motorized compact monochromator SPG-120-REV. It generates monochromatic light, and can change the wavelength of monochromatic light with high speed.
Free sample software on LabVIEW2013 is provided. This software can be modified to the customer’s specifications and redistributed.

Motorized Compact Monochromator SPG-120-REV

SPG-120-REV is motorized monochromator with high efficiency concave blazed holographic grating that has an f Number 3.
Its advantage is high-speed wavelength positioning and high durability of wavelength accuracy under the repeated positioning.
The 5 phase stepping motor with the high reduction ratio harmonic drive gearing enables this advantage.
