Shimadzu comes in first place in vendor ranking for User Satisfaction Rating with RAD, R/F, and Mobile systems categories. This is a prodigious feat similar to our achievements in 2008.

This ranking's report was written for the third quarter in 2010 by MD Buyline*, which is an independent organization in North America.

The evaluation is based on 6 categories: System performance, System reliability, Installation/Implementation,Applications training, Service response time and Service Repair quality.
