Observation Examples of Living Organisms

A large number of circular and lemon-shaped bacteria as well as the disk-shaped structures on the surfaces of some of the bacteria can be seen. These structures are called “bud scars” and indicate the number of budding processes that the yeast has experienced. In other words, they indicate the age of the yeast.
