Observation Examples of Semiconductors

Quantum Dots of In0.7Ga0.3As that were grown on a GaAs (100) substrate (2º inclination) by MBE were observed. From the AFM image, it is possible to obtain important optoelectronic information, such as density, shape, and regularity of the quantum dots.
