How to reset your password

You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgotten Password?" at the bottom of the MYPAGE login screen.
If you don't receive an email to reset your password, please check under "I can't register my email address (the confirmation email doesn't arrive)"

If you are logged out

If you haven't received the confirmation email and it is not in your spam folder, please make an inquiry in the category "Other Inquiry".
