UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer
High-end SolidSpec-3700i/3700i DUV UV-Vis-NIR -Overcome Your Limits-
The SolidSpec-3700i/3700i DUV (Deep-UV) UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometers have three detectors that cover a wide range from ultraviolet to near-infrared. It features high sensitivity, a deep UV measurement wavelength range, and large sample compartments. High-sensitivity measurements are achieved in deep UV region below 190 nm or in near-infrared region. It enables measurement in the range of 175 nm to 2,600 nm with an integrating sphere and the range of 165 nm to 3,300 nm by mounting the optional Direct Detection Unit DUV.
Moreover, the SolidSpec-3700i/3700i DUV are equipped with a large sample compartments which allow large samples up to 700 × 560 mm to be measured without sample destruction. The standard LabSolutions UV-Vis control software provides labor-saving measurements and allows for efficient analysis and integrated data management.
