Diffraction Gratings for optical communication are the components which take a key role in communication network system in the long term, and high reliability is demanded of them. These are Au coated replica gratings from master diffraction gratings manufactured by using high accuracy two-beam interference. These have high relative diffraction efficiency for TM-polarized light*1 and are suitable for optical communication, industrial measurement across near infrared spectral regions which high performance and environment resistance are required.
