CONCAVE GRATINGS FOR CONSTANT-DEVIATION MONOCHROMATORS
Concave gratings differ from plane gratings in that they have the advantage of setting up a spectroscopic system without any imaging optics like concave mirrors. For this reason, the concave grating is used in a wide range of applications, such as analytical instruments, optical communications, biotechnology, and medical instruments.
We offer a configuration that combines a concave grating for Monochromators, a cabinet, and a diffraction grating drive mechanism. If you are interested, please also see the following page on miniature spectrometers.
